From Manhattan

Under 2 hours from Manhattan. Take the Long Island Expressway, I 495 east to the last exit, number 73 (70 miles), this is CR-58/Old Country Road towards Greenport/Orient. Stay on 58 for about 4 miles, pass through a roundabout, now CR -58 becomes NY-25. Go about 7 miles, when you enter Mattituck, look for Love Lane and turn left. Go about 2/10 miles; turn right onto CR-48 east. After approximately 5 miles you will see a BP Gas station (it's the only one!) the next right is Peconic Lane. The Belvedere is the third house on the left. Yes, it's that beautiful, huge Victorian. Welcome!
